Hammersmith and Fulham Homes was established in 2004 and it is our top priority to deliver our huge decent homes programme. We know that our residents are also looking for something more – better customer services and value for money. To ensure that we deliver, we believe that a new approach is needed to Housing Management and Estate Services and we are seeking two exceptional people to join us on this journey at the most exciting time in our history.

The Directors will work together to re-think the way we provide services to our residents, as it is our aim to become a three star service. We are looking for inspiring and determined people with a track record in delivering at a senior level. You do not have to have built your career with a local authority as we want to meet people with the ability to see the possibilities for better services, the passion to achieve it and the skills to raise service standards through effective motivation and encouragement of others.
