100 days coaching

Triangle has devised a service called 100 days coaching, which helps newly appointed senior mangers to feel more comfortable with at the start of their tenure.
The service matches newcomers with an expert coach who will provide at least four work specific sessions and telephone advice within their first hundred days in office. “100 days coaching" offers new senior staff the chance to integrate into their new organisation and prevent them from feeling foolish. It allows them to establish a sounding board about their business without damaging their credibility. The programme assists in:
- Helping them hit the ground running.
- Giving them the confidence to make the transition.
- Helping them to establish credibility with team and peers.
- Working through a programme of development to rapidly raise their performance to that of an established achieving leader.
