Activity
Triangle’s general responsibility is to manage each vacancy allocation as instructed (including posting on websites or accepting press advertising), process CV and candidate submissions from all sources to the degree instructed and apply the tools chosen (telephone screening, face-to-face interviews, psychometric profiling, assessment centres, coaching etc) on the selected candidates where appropriate or as instructed.
We are well positioned to report on the prevailing market conditions to assist budget considerations and are effective in putting Service Levels Agreements in place. We are prompt with CV turnaround and feedback to suppliers enabling them to plan their activity. Your Triangle team is there to enhance your third party relationships and to ensure the service provided is efficient and effective.
Establishing the Relationship
To ensure that you are able to realise real business benefit, it is important that the foundations are sound. To this end, we undertake the following activities as soon as possible:
- Meet with your HR team to understand your current recruitment processes
- Set up a reporting structure of all our activities and vacancy status
- Meet line managers to understand current and likely future requirements
- Discuss and highlight any known marketplace issues
- Establish a working relationship with preferred suppliers
- Agree an appropriate Service Level Agreement for future recruitment activities
- Design and agree the recruitment workflow and reporting lines
