Cathy Walsh
Managing & Talent Management Partner
During her 25 year HR career she was a co-founder of a number of recruitment firms, including Resources International Plc, a significant recruitment and consultancy company, which had its prime activity in the IT sector. After selling her interests in the firms she founded, Cathy created the Triangle Partnership with the objective of providing a wide range of recruitment, HR, business consultancy and interim management services.
Particular focus has been paid to companies experiencing major change and the corporate need to develop and retain key individuals. She also partners with an investment management organisation to support start-up companies and assists them by providing the skills they need to ensure success. She has successfully developed major recruitment programmes, change programmes, assessment and development centres for recruitment and restructure and has worked with teams and individuals in support and development.
Cathy is a director Triangle Marine Limited, a water and sea orientated, team building and corporate hospitality company.
