Christine Newton, Dip Mgmt (Open)
Learning & Development Partner
Christine has over 30 years experience in education and corporate training, during which time she established two businesses of her own. She is a course designer, a facilitator and a public speaker specializing in communication and interpersonal skills for managers and front line staff. Her approach is always professional yet relaxed and motivational; she can inspire others to make the best of themselves.
She is the author of two books, both published by Ashgate Publishing Ltd (Gower): 50 Training Activities, and Marvellous Meetings.
In addition to this, she is part of two project management teams: for the charity, Music for Africa (which organizes two-day open-air concerts in July each year) and Sidmouth FolkWeek (which runs a week-long festival across the town in August).
