Greg Brown FCIPD
Senior HR & Executive Coaching Associate
Greg provides HR Consultancy and Executive Coaching in partnership with Triangle Partners through his company GB Executive Solutions. He has 30 years successful experience as an HR professional, in local authorities, the NHS and Social Housing. Much of his career has been spent at senior level, operating as Director, Chief Executive and Board member.
Greg enables people, teams and organisations to identify and overcome actual and perceived barriers to success, enabling them to realise individual and organisational potential, leading to high levels of achievement.
This is achieved by providing a range of strategic, operational and individually tailored solutions to people management and development challenges facing all organisations, large or small. He works with a several high profile organisations in the public, private and independent sectors on a wide range of initiatives from Leadership/Management Development and 360 feedback, to staff engagement and investigating and resolving a wide range of people management issues.
Greg is a regular conference speaker and contributor to Inside Housing and other professional journals.
