Warwick Bergin
Finance Partner
With his career in recruitment spanning over 30 years, Warwick has had a broad experience in recruitment, talent management, training and business consultancy. Since 1997 he has been a founder and director of Triangle Partnership, taking responsibility for finance, marketing and business strategy.
Warwick's early career was in IT and In 1976 he was a founder and subsequently, managing director, of the interim IT firm Span Group and its sister company Warwick Woodward Associates, a recruitment and advertising firm. He sold his interests in Span in 1983 which saw the start of his 14 year stint as a founder and managing director of Resources International plc, an interim IT, recruitment and advertising firm. This successful period ended in 1997 with the sale of the company, it becoming Best International Ltd and subsequently part of Spring plc. In 1984 Warwick helped to found the interim IT firm, Data Processing People (DPP). He remained on the DPP Board until its sale in a management buyout in 1986.
Warwick is a director of Triangle Marine Limited, a water and sea orientated, team building and corporate hospitality company and Peek House Limited, a conference and holiday centre in Rousdon, Devon, near Lyme Regis.
