Judith project manages, designs and facilitates competency-based recruitment and assessment programmes across a range of projects including customer service operators into call centres, graduate programmes, sales advisers and managers, IT personnel and senior and board level management. She has over 20 years experience in the recruitment marketplace, managing the advertsing and communications division of PA Consulting Group and subsequently becoming a managing partner in the MBO of one of its divisions, PA Advertising.
