Triangle was retained by this major Midlands based insurance/reinsurance company to manage the People transition for a major Business Transformation programme, which radically changed the Target Operating Model.
The focus was on improving the customer proposition by utilising technology to deliver more efficient and effective processes. It was essential to keep the business running as usual running while the transformation programme was developed. There was great sensitivity within the organisation with people feeling threatened by the new processes.
Triangle was engaged to design and deliver the transition programme, train and mentor the newly appointed coaches who would take it forward and produce a full communication plan.
Over 400 staff were taken through this process, feedback was delivered to all and personal development programmes initiated.

Designed and delivered a full Assessment process, including Psychometric Profiling, Aptitude Tests and Role Plays.
