With her career in the forefront of the recruitment industry spanning many years, Cathy has had a broad experience in recruitment, talent management, training and business consultancy. She has co-founded and sold on several companies in the recruitment and related industries.
Particular focus has been paid to working with companies experiencing major change and the corporate need to develop and retain key individuals. Cathy partners with and supports start-up companies and assists them by providing the skills they need to ensure success. She has successfully developed major recruitment programmes, change programmes, assessment and development centres for recruitment and restructure and has worked with teams and individuals in support and development.
Cathy is a qualified coach and has worked effectively with executives and senior managers across a number of industry sectors including banking and finance, IT, human resources and not-for-profit. She is also active in coaching young people to prepare themselves for the workplace in this challenging market.
