This US communication company, characterised by entrepreneurial flair, energy and commitment to the highest standards, planned to expand across Europe and Asia.
The company operates a Tier 1 network and provides core transport, IP, voice, video, and content delivery for most of the medium-to-large Internet carriers in North America, Latin America, Europe, and selected cities in Asia. It is also the largest competitive local exchange carrier (CLEC) and the 2nd largest provider of fiber optic internet access (based on coverage area) in the United States.
Its plans for the UK required the recruitment a very large number of individuals from across a wide range of Customer Services, IT, Sales & Marketing, Finance and Network Services skills and levels. Triangle was the master recruitment partner.
Retained as the managing partner to co-ordinate all third party recruitment from over 20 external suppliers.
Managed a major programme to recruit over 150 individuals in the UK and Europe
Created, planned and executed a Europe wide recruitment advertising campaign, including UK and European open days
Integrated part of senior management People strategy sessions.
Designed and delivered psychometric profiling, assessment and development centres across the organisation.
Established a “best practice” recruitment process across the organisation and handed over an operational unit to the new in-house team.
Designed and implemented a feedback communications process for the thousands of applicants, candidates and participants.
